About

Hi. I'm Simon, a London based Front End Web Developer, specialising in creating responsive, mobile first websites.

I have over seven years experience in Front End Development. My in-house and agency experience has enabled me to work on a large varierty of platforms, in many different industries.

I have passion for JavaScript, I am currently moving my skill set towards becoming a full-stack developer.

I am a strong believer that using content planning sessions, wireframing and prototyping produces the best websites for the business and end user.

Technical

I like to use Bootstrap, Sass, NPM and Node.js to craft my websites. I am also currently experimenting with Angular 2 on the MEAN stack.

In the past I have used Foundation, LESS, Gulp/Grunt and Bower. I have used templating engines including Pug(Jade) for JavaScript and Twig for PHP applications.

Platforms worked on: Magento, Wordpress, Symfony, Umbraco and custom PHP solutions.

Industries worked in: E-Commerce, Travel, Publishing, Media.
